What was once the site of the historic United States Playing Card Company – an iconic designer and producer of playing cards, including the Bicycle Brand will now be a 20-acre brownfield redevelopment. PLK salvaged the decaying complex and preserved four of the most iconic and beloved structures – the Clock Tower, Factory Building, Employee Dining Hall, and Power Plant Smoke Stack.

This expansive entertainment destination will include modern residential, specialty shops, and a myriad of dining options in our Gatherall.
